Delicious turmeric tea recipe

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Honey or sugar to taste

Bring water to a boil, add turmeric powder and simmer for up to 10 min. Lower the heat and add coconut milk, or almond milk and coconut oil until combined, but don’t let it boil. Sweeten with honey or sugar, (I prefer honey).
