This is the easiest Gluten Free Blueberry Cake I have ever made. It is one of my favorite. I bake this cake very often as it’s so easy to make. It takes only 10 minutes to prepare and It’s delicious. Very soft with a spongy texture, I could probably eat it everyday. And of course the fact that there are no processed ingredients, no flour, no processed sugar, makes it also very healthy. We all love it.
